Class Day (III) Theme – "My Father’s Dragon"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka celebrated the Class Day of Std. III on 21st February 2026 with great enthusiasm and excitement. The highlight of the celebration was the lively musical play "My Father’s Dragon", which was brought to life through the energetic and expressive performances of the students. The programme commenced on a serene and spiritual note with a melodious rendition of Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam, invoking divine blessings. This was followed by a delightful lineup of performances, including the engaging musical play and vibrant dance presentations that kept the audience captivated throughout. The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Mamta Yadav, retired Principal of Government Senior Secondary School, Sector-22, Dwarka. In her address, she highlighted the significance of holistic development in education and appreciated the students for their impressive talent and dedication. The Vice-Principal, Ms. Nisha Batra, also addressed the gathering and expressed her pride in the commendable efforts and achievements of the students. The programme concluded on a graceful note with the rendition of the school song, leaving the audience with fond memories of a joyful and memorable celebration.









2024-25
Class Day (III) Theme – "Moana"
The students of Std. III celebrated their class day on 22nd February 2025. The programme commenced with the rendition of 'Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam'. 'Moana' is a Disney animated film about a teenager who sails across the ocean to save her people. The play was enacted beautifully. The play gave a message to the audience to follow your dreams and be true to yourself. The event was a appreciation resounding success, leaving the audience spellbound and instilling a renewed appreciation for the timeless themes of bravery and listening to our hearts. Ms. Gloria Paul, the chief guest praised the students for their captivating performance.









2023-24
Class Day (III) Theme – "The Jungle Book"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka celebrated Std. III Class Day was held on 10th February, 2024. The theme of the programme was Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling, which is a fictional story of a boy , Mowgli, who was raised by wolves and learned the ways to live in the jungle alongside other animals. The children participated in various activities such as choir, dance and play/drama with great enthusiasm. Our chief guest was Ms. Shaheen Sheikh, who is a trained Indian Classical Drama artist from the National School of Drama and currently she is working as a Drama Teacher in the senior wing of the Khaitan School, graced the event and encouraged the students for their breathtaking and mesmerising performances.The show was a great success.






2019-20
Class Day (III) Theme – "The Tale of Momotaro"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka celebrated Class Day of Std. III, on 28thth September 2019 with great enthusiasm and elan. The students presented the musical play ‘The Tale of Momotaro’ with great gusto. The programme commenced by invoking God’s blessings with a beautiful rendition of ‘Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam’. This was followed by the captivating performance of the musical play and amalgamation of mesmerizing dance performances.Dr.Promodini Verma, the Principal, Bharati College, University of Delhi and now a Director at the South Asian University, New Delhi raced the occasion with her presence. She complimented the school for incorporating international culture among the students. She appreciated the students and teachers for their efforts.The Vice Pricipal, Ms.Seema Bali addressed the gathering. Happiness and pride was evident on the faces of the parents to see their young children perform with confidence.



2017-18
Class Day (III) Theme – "Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka celebrated the Class Day of Class III on 25th November 2017 with elan and enthusiasm. The children proudly presented the widely popular fairy tale ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ in a musical form. It is a tale of a beautiful little princess who was saved from the evil deeds of her wicked step mother by a group of seven adorable dwarfs. They loved and cared for her till she was rescued by the prince charming. The children captivated the audience with their songs, play and dances. The play presented by the students showcased the importance of having true friends in our lives.The chief guest for the day was Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur, HOD English at St. Francis de Sales School. A Gold medalist from Delhi University, she has been involved in training students on public speaking including debates and declamations. She is also a co-author for Interactive English books for senior classes of Jammu and Kashmir Board.Happiness and pride was evident on the faces of the parents to see their young children perform with confidence. The chief guest addressed the gathering. The function ended with the vote of thanks, school song and National Anthem.
