Class Day (II) Theme – "Kung Fu Panda"
The students of Std. II celebrated their Class Day on 28th February 2026 at St. Mary’s School, Dwarka. The theme of the programme was “Kung Fu Panda.” It was an engaging and lively presentation that beautifully combined dialogues, dance, music, and drama, performed with great enthusiasm by the students. The event began with a warm welcome extended to the esteemed guests, Ms. Gloria Saldhana and Mr. Rahul Jain, along with the parents and teachers. The young performers confidently enacted their roles and successfully brought the story of Kung Fu Panda to life on stage. Through their vibrant performance, the students conveyed a meaningful message about believing in oneself and never giving up on one’s dreams. The colourful costumes, lively music, and energetic dance performances added charm to the programme and captivated the audience. The children displayed commendable confidence, creativity, and teamwork throughout the event. The dedication of the teachers and the enthusiastic participation of the students made the celebration a memorable and grand success. The parents also expressed their appreciation for the efforts and talent showcased by the children.









2024-25
Class Day (II) Theme – "Madagascar"
The students of Standard II celebrated their Class Day on 8th March 2025 with great enthusiasm. The event began with a heartwarming prayer dance, "Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam," which set a joyful and positive tone. Following this, the students performed five scenes from the animated movie Madagascar, each accompanied by a dance. The storyline depicted a group of zoo animals who find themselves in the wilds of Madagascar, showcasing their struggles, adaptation, and the importance of friendship. The performances were filled with joy and excitement, delighting the audience. The parents were thrilled to see their children on stage and were deeply moved by the portrayal of friendship and unity. The Guest of Honour, Ms. Akshita Jain, praised the students for their outstanding performances, confidence, and teamwork. She also highlighted the significance of their creativity and hard work in today's AI-driven world.






2023-24
Class Day (II) Theme – "Alice in Wonderland"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka celebrated the Class Day of Std. II on 9th March, 2024. The students presented the musical play ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with great enthusiasm and fervour. The programme commenced by invoking God’s blessings with a beautiful rendition of ‘Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam’. This was followed by the captivating performance of the musical play and amalgamation of appealing dance performances. Ms. Josephine Benedict, a retired English teacher of St. Francis de Sales School, Janakpuri graced the occasion with her valuable presence. She emphasized on the holistic development of students. The Chief Guest applauded the amazing performance of the students and appreciated their endeavour. The Headmistress, Ms. Nisha Batra addressed the gathering. The audience was mesmerised by the enchanting performance of the young students. Finally, the programme ended with the school song.









2017-18
Class Day (II) Theme – "Cinderella"
St. Mary’s School, Dwarka organised the Annual Day of Class II on 17th February, 2018 with great enthusiasm and fervour .The theme for the Class Day was “Cinderella”. All the students of Class II participated in the programme. The children captivated the audience with the play, songs, and dances. The play presented by the students showcased the fairy tale, Cinderella. The Chief Guest for the day was Ms. ,Arvinda Sharma, Director in Jigyasa Public School. Feeling of contentment and pride was evident on the faces of the parents of the young children who performed with confidence and spunk. The chief guest addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts made by the little ones and the teachers.
